FAQs

Questions about working together.

Practical answers about services, delivery, AI, security and what happens after launch.

What does Inovanta Digital do?

Inovanta Digital designs and builds software, AI, automation and digital products for businesses. The work runs from early definition through build, launch and ongoing improvement.

What types of software do you build?

Custom business applications, SaaS platforms, web and mobile products, portals, integrations, and internal tools. The shape of the system follows the process it needs to support.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Inovanta Digital works with clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and India. Delivery is remote and global. Office locations are not listed until they are confirmed.

Can you build AI applications?

Yes. That includes assistants, agents, copilots, document workflows and integrations into an existing product, with a defined path to a person.

Can you integrate AI into an existing business?

Yes, when the process and the data are clear enough to connect. The usual starting point is one workflow, not a replacement of every system.

Do you provide dedicated development teams?

A project can be staffed as a dedicated team, a retainer, or a defined engagement. The model is agreed from the scope, not assumed in advance.

Can you modernize legacy applications?

Yes. Modernization can mean a new interface, a new service around an old system, or a planned replacement. The path depends on what must keep running.

Do you provide cloud services?

Inovanta Digital designs and implements cloud architecture, deployment and operations on platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. That is delivery work, not a claim of cloud certification or partnership.

How does a project begin?

It begins with a conversation about the problem, the users and the constraints. From there we propose a discovery step, a scope, or a longer engagement.

How long does software development take?

It depends on the scope, integrations and how settled the requirements are. A focused first release is often planned in weeks or a few months. A date is set after discovery, not before.

How do you handle security?

Security is part of design: access control, data handling, review and the operational practices the system needs. Specific controls are agreed for the project and the customer's requirements.

Do you provide maintenance?

Yes. Support can be on demand, a retainer, a dedicated team, or managed support, covering fixes, updates and continued improvement.
